A second generation HVAC professional who started running calls with his dad at 8 years old, Russell began his career fresh out of trade school at 17 years old, and has been in the HVAC business ever since. Now with close to 20 years in the industry, he has had the opportunity to work in just about every aspect of the field, from residential home services to commercial and industrial building services. Having worked directly for two of the largest HVAC manufacturers in the world as a field service technician, he received countless hours of training and provided service for some of the most demanding contracts in the country.
