I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve spent much of my life trying to be ok and figure myself out. I didn’t know how to feel or find real connection in others or myself. I tried many different ways to try and numb, avoid, and survive. I eventually could not stand this way of being so I sought the help of a therapist. Through the help of others, I was able to embrace myself, my body, and my feelings. I could actually begin to connect to others and myself.
