Urban Flex & Flow was born from the love and passion two people have for their health and wellness. Heather Harrah, a local Yoga studio owner, and Bean Harrah, a local gym owner, met through each other’s movement forms. Once they began moving with each other and became connected to the others community, they quickly realized how much their clients needed the other for balance in body & mind. From this place of love, health, and a passion for well balanced living, Heather & Bean created Urban Flex and Flow.
