Shallyn Blair was born in Sacramento, California, and began drawing at a very young age. By 18 she was commissioned to paint her first residential wall mural which began a 20+ year career in hand-painting custom murals, faux finishing, and custom portraits. After working and living in Northern California for 41 years, she moved with her husband, daughter, and pets to Northwest Arkansas where she continues to create custom art.
