My journey started when I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at St. Mary’s College. Inspired by my husband’s work in real estate and as a general contractor, I obtained my real estate, appraiser, and broker’s licenses in the same year. I started my own business, Ck Appraisals, and quickly gained a steady stream of referral customers.
