Crosspoint Residentials are Adult Residential Facilities (ARF-licensed by the State of CA, Community Care Licensing management Division (CCLD). These facilities are owned by Crosspoint Residential LLC and is under the management of Patrick Ofose, an ARF Administrator and a seasoned service provider for clients with mental health challenges. Our homes utilizes a person-centered approach – this means ensuring that each client is at the center of decisions which relate to his or her life. The person is the decision-maker. Staff listens, plans together with clients, coaches, shared ideas, and seeks feedback from the clients regarding the care they receive from the home. Clients are given choices – persons to interact with, activities, how to budget get their money, food choices, things around them that express his or her individuality, etc. and these choices are respected. All of these are provided in the comfort of a place where they can feel safe.
