Eric was the perfect agent. He listened, was available, and is extremely patient during the process. Not once did he urge us to purchase. When we did find the perfect home that checked all our boxes. His first thought to say to my husband and I were “take a night to sleep on it and if you still love it by the morning than I’ll make it happen.” I highly recommend anyone looking for a trusted realtor to choose him.
